Are you interested in standing up for peace? Do you want to become a Peace Ambassador for Humanitarian Affairs?
Humanitarian Affairs Asia will host the 3rd Global Peace Summit 2023 to bring emerging leaders from around the world together as peace ambassadors to champion a better and more inclusive world. The Covid-19 pandemic has widened the divide of conflict, inequality and suffering for billions of people. In their role as peace activists, young people want to be at the forefront of solidarity and cooperation. The summit will take place from January 11-13, 2023 at the United Nations Conference Center in Bangkok, Thailand.
The three-day summit brings like-minded young people from around the world to work in solidarity and genuine camaraderie to learn more about their role in peacebuilding. The summit will discuss the horrors of war and conflict, violence and extremism. Highlights include a United Nations Peacebuilding Challenge and Global Exchange Workshops.
