Vodacom Discover Graduate Program 2023 for young African graduates.

The Vodacom Discover Graduate Program provides graduates with a complete experience of our company, including mentorship and coaching, and on-the-job training, while earning a full salary and enjoying all the benefits of a full-time employee. At the end of the 2 years you will transfer to a destination role within the organization. Upon successful completion of your graduate program, there are opportunities to apply for more challenging assignments locally and internationally outside your comfort zone to build your expertise and leadership capabilities.

This is a permanent position, supported by a 2 year skills training program designed specifically for the development of future leaders.

Applicants must have obtained at least their bachelor’s degree or equivalent by the end of 2022. The program start date is 1st February 2023.

Requirements:

Must have less than 2 years of work experience after studies. Must be 26 years of age or younger. South African citizen by birth/naturalisation, but citizens of the DRC, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique and Tanzania are encouraged to apply for those markets. Must have a minimum of 65% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results. Must have a minimum of a B degree (B-Com, BSc & B-Tech) qualification (NQF 7). A 3 year National Diploma (NQF 6) is considered only in the following areas: Electrical/Electronic EngineeringComputer Software Engineering and Information Systems/Information Technology
