Successful candidates will be part of the core team set up to:

Deliver value to our customers Expand our current business/customer portfolio Strengthen our position in our chosen target markets and generate new sales revenues. effective marketing strategy and monitoring the progress of new and existing products; and providing day-to-day support to operational management. UBA Branch Manager Recruitment Responsibilities: Develop annual marketing plans and accountability strategies to enable the Profit Center Manager/Relationship Officers to achieve targeted growth objectives. Develop and obtain approval for annual marketing plans and strategies for designated product ranges to enable the achievement of targeted growth and profit targets. Monitor and control corporate office income and expenses to ensure profitability. Recommend creating risky assets to increase the profitability of corporate offices. Visit corporate clients and attend meetings. Contribute to the effective launch of new products to ensure a favorable market response and optimal sales growth. Facilitate and maintain effective relationships with new and existing customers. Evaluate market research and competitive analysis to formulate marketing plans and strategies. Take overall responsibility for affiliate expenses for products and services, such as administration of consumer loans, overdrafts, overdrafts, credit cards, and personal loans Monitor and assign goals to Profit Center Managers/Relationship Officers to ensure effective focus on achieving goals goals. Maintaining and acquiring client relationships to improve the growth and mix of deposit liabilities. Provide strategic direction and operational support to employees. Define and implement the delivery of marketing strategies and goals. Coach and motivate employees to effectively perform their day-to-day tasks to meet business goals and delivery targets. Communicate effectively to employees about the bank’s company policies, objectives and objectives. Technical skills: The ability to evaluate customer needs and determine which products or services best meet those needs. IT and Computer Valuation. Communication skills (written and oral). Sales and marketing skills. Knowledge of the business environment. Attention to detail. Supervisory skills. Knowledge of banking activities, policies and procedures. Knowledge of banking products and services. Business development and acquisition. Relationship management. UBA Branch Manager Recruitment Qualification: First degree in a social science related discipline. Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
