Sasol is seeking 275 bursars for an all-inclusive scholarship for the 2023 academic year (Sasol Bursary Program) – Apply Now.

Sasol invites Grade 12 students to apply for an all-inclusive scholarship for the 2023 academic year.

As voted by graduates in the SAGEA survey of choice of employers, the chemical and energy company is looking for high-performing math and science students who are currently in 12th grade.

Sasol is funding 275 scholarships who wish to study for a B Eng or BSc Eng in various engineering disciplines, BSc in Chemistry or students interested in Mining Survey at a technical university.

Applicants must complete 70% in Mathematics, 70% in Science and 60% in English to be considered for an undergraduate scholarship.

Postgraduates or undergraduates who have a degree in science or chemical engineering and who wish to study for a master’s or doctoral degree are also encouraged to apply.

The scholarship covers tuition, housing, meals, textbooks and pocket money. In addition, grant recipients receive reimbursements for study aids such as laptops and calculators.

Sasol also provides psychosocial support to their scholarship holders to enable them to successfully complete their academic studies.

When they complete their studies, the scholarship holders also have the opportunity to do paid holiday work and be part of the Sasol development programs.
