Lenovo is looking for a passionate, articulate and enthusiastic relationship account manager to bring net new customers to Lenovo while supporting and directing end users for Nigeria. The chosen relationship account manager will create positive business outcomes for his/her customers and Lenovo by reaching our prospects using inbound/outbound sales techniques, including extensive collaboration with channel partners. The chosen Relationship Account Manager will work in an entrepreneurial start-up environment and carry out activities as described below.

Responsibilities of Lenovo Relationship Account Manager;

Account acquisition, drive revenue, portfolio share and customer satisfaction and growth in banking/corporate/government/hospital/education. Maintain and cultivate senior executive relationships. Lead account planning and opportunity identification; perform prioritization of opportunities and develop overall account plans for accounts. Plan, facilitate and/or conduct complex negotiations for accounts. Achieve set sales targets including value, volume, profitability and new customer development. Prepare a variety of status reports, including a forecast sheet, activity, closes, follow-up, and target compliance. Coordinate with internal teams to do the work needed to close deals. Participate in marketing events such as training seminars, trade shows and product launch events Organization; You report to our Sales Leader for WECA and you support customers in Nigeria. You participate in weekly planning conversations and meetings. Lenovo Relationship Account Manager Job Requirements; Bachelor’s degree, in Business or Sales, with 5 years of relevant industry experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience and proven track record in managing relationships and converting leads into sustainable sales at large corporate/banking/hospitality/education. Demonstrate expertise in building and maintaining customer and partner relationships, the ability to work in a diverse environment, with both internal and external diverse clients. Collaboration with the entire virtual team Service aggressiveness, ability to build solid relationships, professionalism, ethics and a competitive streak are an added advantage. Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with effective presentation skills to both small and large audiences.
