The University of Dundee Women’s Rugby Club is currently looking for a qualified and experienced coach to work with the club for the 2022/23 season.
The team trains on Tuesdays from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM and Friday from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM from the beginning of September to the end of November and mid-January to the end of March.
It is preferable that candidates be available to attend university competitions that take place on Wednesday afternoons from early October to late March, although this is not essential.
The role is self-employed and paid at an hourly rate depending on qualifications and experience, which will be discussed with the successful candidate.
Personal specification
– Experience and success in coaching competitive adult teams
– UKCC Level 2 or 3
– Availability for Tuesday 18:30-20:00 and Friday 17:00-18:30 training sessions
– Availability to attend all/most Wednesday matches (desired)
– Excellent communication and organizational skills

Weekly scheduling and delivery of technical training to players Match day preparation and tactics (Wednesday afternoon BUCS matches – desirable) Regular evaluation of team performance Regular communication with team captain Be an appropriate ambassador for the club and university
