We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for the 2022 Graduate Talent Program. The program will be an 18-month rotation and development experience focused on acquiring and developing future skills while bringing opportunities to life for our successful candidates.

Who can apply for the ABSA Graduate Talent Program?
A degree in business related field, statistics, insurance, computer science, data science, software engineering, agriculture or investment banking Graduated in the year 2020 or 2021 with at least a 2nd class upper degree and has the certificate Scored at least Grade ‘A-‘ (A min ) in intermediate grade and in Mathematics, and English in KCSE or its equivalent Have a professional certification or qualification Should have completed a free Readytowork program at https://readytowork.absa.africa (takes approximately 45 minutes to complete) Is brave, passionate, and ready to bring their ability to lifeBold to share their mindset and challenge the status quo
Education: Bachelor and Professional Qualifications: Business, Trade and Management Studies (required)
How are candidates selected?
You will be invited for an online psychometric test and, if successful, invited to an assessment center, where you will have the opportunity to meet managers from different parts of the company.
