The program funded by the Victorian Government supports international students undertaking English language or a vocational (foundation) course before beginning their principal course in Victoria, Australia.

Eligibility:
- Applicants must be new commencing students.
- Applicants must commence their first course by end of 2022 and the second course by July 2023 unless the provider defaults on the course.
- Applicants must have successfully completed an Australian Year 12 Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), or equivalent overseas qualification.
- Applicants must submit scores of the following English language proficiency tests:
IELTS – 5.5 to 7.0
PTE – 42 to 65
CAE – 47 to 67
OET – Pass.
